Living in the heart of Burlington allows easy, walkable access to the Church Street Marketplace ; dozens of restaurants, nightclubs and arts venues; and loads of events. The Waterfront district has seen some wonderful revitalization projects in the recent years, including the multi-use facility Main Street Landing, the development of new green space, skatepark, bike path access, a community sailing center and and the addition of a few much needed “city center” hotels, boasting magnificent lake views. The year-round Farmer’s Market attracts vendors from throughout the state, providing fresh food, produce, crafts, and flowers each weekend.  Enjoy numerous musical acts at the Battery Park Concert Series.
