What is the MLS?
The Multiple Listing System allows buyers to view properties, with their buyer agent, regardless of the listing agency. The listing agent enters the property into the System to better serve the interest of the seller they are representing. By doing this they are exposing the property to more potential buyers. They agree to share their commission with whoever is representing the buyer. This allows you, as the Purchaser, to view every available property, with your representative, and their commission is provided by the Buyer Broker offering.
